Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Accountant to manage accounting
operations and support financial reporting in a hyper-growth
startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all accounting operational functions, including
month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare internal and external financial statements and assist with
regulatory reporting
Manage intercompany accounting for international subsidiaries and
support business growth activities
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent certification
preferred
Experience with NetSuite and familiarity with multinational
corporate structures
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
Knowledge of recent accounting guidance like ASC-606
In-depth understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements across
multiple jurisdictions
