Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Enrollment and Billing
Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional implementations/projects, including project
planning and stakeholder engagement
Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and
development of metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop implementation and
communication strategies for change management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data
analysis, engineering, or consulting
2+ years of experience with data software such as Excel, SQL, or
Python
2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like
Lean or Six Sigma
