Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Financial/Data Analyst to
enhance data quality and support financial initiatives within the
health system.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues related to Health
System Finances
Generate reports, dashboards, and analytic tools to support
decision making and performance improvement
Lead projects and coach peers while maintaining high professional
standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience or Master's
degree with three years of related experience
Experience in financial analysis and cost accounting in a
healthcare setting is preferred
Proficiency in Epic, Clarity, SQL, and Power BI is preferred but
not required
Strong project management skills are necessary
Ability to frame analytic problems and produce actionable
results
