Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Analyst to
enhance financial processes and support the organization's
financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger, including revenue recognition and
expense processing
Prepare monthly financial and variance reports for the executive
team
Manage end-to-end billing and payment processes to ensure timely
customer payments
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related
field
Interest or experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Ability to build processes from scratch and learn from mistakes
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Motivation and confidence to take initiative and solve problems
