Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement repeatable processes for project delivery and
client management
Manage business process partnerships and oversee waiver process
execution
Collaborate with various teams to enhance client retention and
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of relevant work experience in operations and client
management
Experience in the healthcare industry or student insurance
Proven leadership and team management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Zendesk
preferred
Ability to manage sensitive information, including PII and PHI
