Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue through effective enrollment communication
campaigns
Ensure client retention and satisfaction, aiming for high NPS
scores
Promote product expansion to maximize client member impact
Required Qualifications
Able to build relationships at all levels as a trusted
thought-partner
Subject matter expert on the product with knowledge of use cases
and best practices
Experience in managing a diverse book of business across client
lifecycles
Proficiency in data storytelling and data integration with advanced
Excel skills
Experience in a high-growth company and understanding of digital
health and employee benefits
