A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Organizational
Development to design and implement organizational development
solutions that enhance employee experiences and drive business
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organizational development initiatives by partnering with
stakeholders to assess and implement programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make iterative
adjustments based on feedback and outcomes
Advise on tools and experiences that align with leadership and
service-based culture, ensuring equitable design and delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of experience in leading organizational development
initiatives
2+ years of experience managing teams
Ability to lead with a consultative approach and interface
effectively with senior leaders
Strong command of Microsoft Office skills for producing
high-quality deliverables
