Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager I, Data Projects to lead data
analytics initiatives for government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project planning, task delegation, and timeline tracking for
contract teams
Supervise and mentor staff in their analytical work, fostering
professional development
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and create
solutions while delivering analytical products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of experience working with data, particularly with federal
agency datasets
An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent
technical training
Experience as a mentor or leader with competencies in empathy and
coaching
Advanced proficiency in statistical programming languages like SQL
or Python
Experience with modern analytical tech stacks, including
cloud-based tools
