Key Responsibilities
Drive and achieve sales goals, managing the entire end-to-end sales
process
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in
healthcare
Effectively position the company's value proposition based on
market understanding
Required Qualifications
Successful track record with 100%+ quota attainment for the past 2+
years
4+ years of experience in a high growth sales environment, ideally
selling to HR/Benefits
Experience leading complex sales
Strong organizational skills, including deal management in
Salesforce
Ability to travel within the territory
