A company is looking for a Managing Director of Interlink
Operations, Implementation & Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client implementations and ensure projects are completed on
schedule
Oversee the interLINK operations team and establish clear SLAs for
deliverables
Develop workflow management and reporting tools for internal and
client requests
Required Qualifications
Four-year undergraduate degree
10+ years of business experience and product knowledge
10+ years of client-facing experience
Understanding of cash management operations
Experience in project management
