Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director - Early Clinical
Development, Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead early phase clinical development of oncology compounds from
first-in-human studies through proof of concept
Oversee and monitor early phase clinical studies, ensuring
compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop clinical strategy and
deliver final protocols for governance approval
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Minimum of 2 years of clinical research and/or basic science
research experience
Clinical training in oncology; board eligibility/certification in
Oncology and/or Hematology preferred
Experience in early-phase oncology drug development
PhD or additional advanced degrees are desirable
