Job Description:
A company is looking for an IS Service Manager for the NAM
region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the application life cycle for Marketing & Sales
applications in the NAM region
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand needs and
propose solutions
Drive incident resolution and support continuous improvement
initiatives for applications
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT delivery management
Hands-on understanding of marketing & sales processes in the
manufacturing industry
Experience managing supplier teams of 20+ across the globe
High-level knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft
Experience in driving large transformation programs is a plus
