Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Director to oversee the
operations of its affiliated medical groups focused on
personalized, medically-assisted weight loss.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategies for
innovative obesity care
Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and
adherence to protocols
Mentor and lead the clinical team while identifying opportunities
for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD/DO/NP) and board certification
Active medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state
licensure preferred)
Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in a relevant field
Experience scaling a high-growth telemedicine-based medical
practice
Proven leadership experience in healthcare
