resourceful and driven E-Commerce Manager you will grow and manage
a portfolio of company properties, with core responsibilities
including developing ecommerce strategies, enhancing the online
customer experience, managing merchandise planning and
replenishment, performing data analysis to drive informed decisions
and meet targeted revenue goals, and driving growth and
profitability for company-owned websites.Essential Functions
- Strategy and Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive
ecommerce strategies aligned with company goals and
objectives.
- Analyze ecommerce data and metrics to identify opportunities
for growth and improvement.
- Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce platforms, including
website management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, such as websites,
social media, and online marketplaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent
messaging and branding across all channels.
- Digital Marketing:
- Work cross collaboratively with channel managers to plan and
execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC email
marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns,
adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Create merchandising strategies to showcase products
effectively and maximize online sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product
listings, descriptions, and visual presentations.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to build a loyal
customer base and enhance customer retention.
- Utilize customer feedback and data insights to create
personalized marketing campaigns that drive repeat purchases.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular
reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, conversion
rates, and customer behavior.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth
and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product,
sales and customer service to align brand strategies with overall
business objectives.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenses and adjust spending as needed to stay within
budget while achieving marketing goals.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5+ year's ecommerce and digital marketing
experience.
- Strong understanding of Shopify platform and its features and
functionality.
- Experience with online merchandising and product tagging.
- Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms
such as Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform
decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced,
cross-departmental environment, managing multiple projects and
competing priorities to meet deadlines.Let's talk money and
perks!The pay range for this role is between $85,000 to $98,000 a
