Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Nursing to
lead and grow a virtual nursing team focused on diabetes care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build the nursing team, overseeing managers and ensuring
quality care
Conduct clinical intake visits with prospective patients and
educate them about treatment
Collaborate with clinical leaders and coaching teams to enhance
patient care and clinical initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Active RN license with at least one year of clinical experience
working with type 2 diabetes patients
10+ years of experience managing nurses in a clinical or ambulatory
setting
Minimum of 2 years working with diabetes patients in a clinical
setting
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
Experience in a high-growth company environment is required
