Create action plans and metrics based on customer objectives
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Customer Success Manager role at a B2B SaaS company
or similar experience
Experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders
Affinity with software and understanding of technical topics
Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills
