Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Performance Based Trade
to oversee the implementation of a new trade system.
Key Responsibilities
Own the performance based trade model, ensuring all inputs and
analytics are optimized
Establish governance and conduct monthly reviews of the performance
based trade system
Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective customer
investment strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Master's preferred
6-8 years of experience in trade strategy or customer strategy
within a commercial function
Expertise in performance based trade systems and customer
investments
Strong CPG customer experience, including involvement in
customer-facing teams
Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power
BI
