Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Educator to provide
clinical support and information to healthcare professionals and
patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide consumer support in a call center environment for patients
receiving treatment
Assess patient compliance and identify barriers to care
Enter all consumer activities accurately in the clinical database
and report adverse events as directed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Current nursing license eligible in all 50 states
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required
Experience in case management is a plus
Telephonic experience is preferred
