Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sourcer (Contract) to join their
recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and hire
qualified candidates
Build targeted searches to deliver candidate profiles across
multiple disciplines
Partner with the Recruiting Lead to understand organizational needs
and map out long-term talent strategies
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in identifying and engaging talent across
engineering and G&A roles
Experience in hiring top talent in a high-growth, fast-paced
environment
Comfortable with flexible working hours (20-40 hours per week)
Experience coordinating in a fast-paced environment and managing
high-volume schedules
Familiarity with Ashby (ATS) is a bonus
