Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for experienced Assemblers in Carlsbad, CA. This position is a long term, contract job opportunity. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

THIS POSITION IS 2ND SHIFT:

M-F 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Pay: $11.55/hour.

Under direct supervision, performs bench or line assembly/test of mechanical and/or electrical assemblies on medical devices.

OUTCOMES: The successful candidate will:

- Follow Work Instructions placing parts in specified relationship to each other using bolts, clips, screws, cements or other fasteners.

- Operates machines to perform various manufacturing functions. (Torque drivers & semi-automated equipment).

- Ability to perform assembly functions to various model configurations per documentation.

- Performs audits of material expiration.

- Performs audit of individual workstation and tool calibration.

- Able to work at different workstations as required.

- Performs simple packing operations.

- Performs inventory and cycle counting activities.

- Perform daily housekeeping activities.

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE: Previous record of job stability in the Assembly field.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Requires demonstrated proficiency in reading, basic math and manual dexterity. Requires ability to reach and stand on continuous basis and to lift 15 pounds on a continuous basis and up to 40 pounds infrequently.
