Order Coordinator for Prepared Foods

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and replenishes inventory of prepared foods products, ensuring accurate and timely ordering procedures are followed.
  • Participates in regional programs for purchasing and promotions, collaborating with vendors to meet store needs.
  • Assists in organizing and developing promotional displays, adhering to OTS standards and maintaining store appearance.
  • Ensures a positive company image by providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers and team members at all times.
    • Requirements:
      • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong product knowledge, including production, distribution, and seasonal availability.
      • Ability to create and negotiate price bids, with working knowledge of ordering systems and computer programs.
      • Familiarity with WFM margin program and profitability, with ability to educate team on product knowledge.
      • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk 6-8 hours, and work in wet and dry conditions.
