Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Design to lead innovative
retail-focused design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative retail design strategies to enhance
brand presence and drive consumer engagement
Lead the design and production of packaging, ensuring alignment
with brand identity and retail objectives
Manage and mentor a design team, fostering a culture of creativity
and collaboration
Qualifications and Experience
7+ years of progressive design experience, with at least 3 years in
a leadership role focused on retail marketing
Proven track record of successful retail marketing campaigns,
including POS materials and displays
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of retail-focused designs
Advanced proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe
Creative Suite
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related
field preferred
