Job Description:
A company is looking for a Portfolio Recovery Associate to
assist customers in resolving their accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Contact existing customers to assist in resolving their
accounts
Work with customers to establish reasonable repayment terms
Maintain detailed records of work actions and ensure compliance
with debt collection laws
Required Qualifications
At least one year of previous collections experience
Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems, and Microsoft
Suite
Understanding of compliance regulations and consumer lending
principles
Flexibility to work overtime and alternative shifts when needed
Ability to display empathy in customer interactions
