Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Recovery Workforce Specialist
to assist with workflow management and operational improvements
within Recovery Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in complex data analysis and collaborate with leadership on
workflow management
Onboard, coach, and mentor new hires while maintaining training
materials
Analyze operational results to identify optimizations and assess
quality in collaboration with the Recovery Resolution Quality
Team
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree
preferred
2-3 years of experience in operations excellence or process
improvement
Advanced experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and database
management
Experience in healthcare or software industries is a plus
Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively
