Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Third Party Client
Onboarding and Monitoring to oversee compliance with Anti-Money
Laundering regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team for client onboarding and monitoring
processes
Design and implement KYC measures and risk assessments for
third-party clients
Oversee ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships to detect
potential AML risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related
field; Master's degree or professional certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in AML compliance, client
onboarding, and risk management
Strong knowledge of AML regulations and KYC processes
Proven track record in leadership and team management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
