A company is looking for a Strategic People and Learning Lead to support and guide the organization in developing its people and enhancing its impact.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the people and learning strategy to strengthen organizational capacity and collaboration
Coach and empower the leadership group to foster a thriving organizational culture and maximize employee potential
Ensure alignment between various people-driven workstreams and functions to achieve organizational goals and impact

Required Qualifications

Over 20 years of working experience, including 10 years in leadership roles and 5 years in learning and development
Deep understanding of HR practices and their impact on organizational performance
Experience with adult learning principles and a network in the learning and development space
Proven leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build consensus
High adaptability to diverse virtual teams and cultures in a remote working environment
