As a Program Coordinator with a restoration / water mitigation company we are looking with someone WITH experience in this field. You will work closely with the project manager to assess training and program needs, and then find appropriate program options to fill those needs. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar coordinator role, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask and switch priorities, as needed.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with project manager, building relationships and learning the needs of the company.Determine the best programs for each department based on their unique needsAssist management in implementing programs effectivelyAttend various department meetings to gain a deeper understandingQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsFamiliarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to work well independently and within a teamFlexible work from home options available.
