Job Description:
A company is looking for a Defense and Government Travel
Consultant II (experienced).
Key Responsibilities
Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for
travel experiences
Handle a range of bookings, including complex itineraries and issue
resolution
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a
customer service role
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
Genuine passion for high-quality customer service
Willingness to learn and grow
Military experience/certifications accepted as a substitute for
some requirements
