Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Analyst to manage stop loss
policy administration for self-funded clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain processes for identifying potential specific claimants and
collaborate with internal departments
Manage claim submission processes and act as a liaison between the
company and stop loss carrier partners
Analyze stop-loss policies for accuracy and generate financial data
for monthly reports
Required Qualifications:
4 years of experience in stop loss, claims operations, financial
analytics, or customer service
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in stop loss policy management and marketing,
specifically with self-funded insurance
Knowledge of the claims/submission process
Experience with El Dorado/Javelina and Ringmaster Smart-LinQ is
preferred
