A company is looking for an AVP, Small Commercial Sales and Production.

Key Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for Agency Sales and Sales Support teams
Manage national agency and broker partnerships to enhance market presence
Develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives for Small Business

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in relevant fields
Minimum of 10 years of related insurance experience
Five years in insurance, underwriting, or marketing roles
Five years of management experience
